After 1.5 hours, it was decided to start the match from where it left off, but the Marseille players refused to go on the field.
4 MATCHES WILL BE PLAYED WITHOUT AN AUDIENCE
Alpes-Maritimes Governor Bernard Gonzalez, in his statement, stated that the spectators will not be allowed in the stands for 4 matches, where bottles were thrown to Dimitri Payet, who was at the corner of the pitch for Nice fans to take a corner.
On the other hand, in the news in the French press, it was recorded that a 28-year-old person, who was suspected of hitting Payet, was taken into custody during the events in the match in question. Nice Prosecutor Xavier Bonhomme shared the information that this person was detained in the town of Mandelieu-la-Napoule, which is about 40 kilometers from the city of Nice.
